Your Outsourced IT Department
Is the same printer, password, or slow-laptop problem eating your team's week? Since 2007, we've been the IT department for businesses like yours: we answer the help desk, keep computers patched and monitored, and plan upgrades before they become emergencies.

When an issue keeps coming back, we find the cause instead of patching it every week.
A plan for aging computers and licenses puts replacements in the budget, not in a crisis.
We were voted Best IT Company in the 2025 VC Star Community Choice Awards. Our team brings decades of networking and infrastructure experience and works in the shop, on-site across Southern California, and remotely for clients anywhere in the US.
We look for patterns across tickets, devices, and backups. If three people lose Wi-Fi every afternoon, the fix is a better access point, not three restarts. Urgent risks get handled now, and the rest goes into a plan you approve.
Clear Process
We meet your team, list computers, accounts, and vendors, and note what keeps breaking.
You see what we handle, what your staff keeps, and which vendors we call.
We fix the biggest risks first, like missing updates or unchecked backups.
Your staff gets help as needed, and we review progress with you on a schedule you choose.

It depends on what your business needs, so we quote it after a walk-through of your setup. One-off work outside an agreement is billed at our published rates: $145 an hour on site with a one-hour minimum, or $120 an hour remotely with a 30-minute minimum.
Switching starts with a walk-through to list your systems, accounts, and vendors. Then we fix the most urgent gaps before routine support begins, and you see in writing who handles what. If your Microsoft 365 licenses come through another reseller, we can take them over.
Everyday help desk support, maintenance, and planning are part of the agreement, and you see in writing what it covers before service starts. Larger projects, such as a server replacement or an office move, get a quoted project price that you approve first, not open-ended hourly billing. After-hours and weekend work is not included and is billed at our published rates.
We typically respond to clients the same day. Our office is open weekdays 8am–6pm Pacific, so call (805) 643-4375 for anything urgent. After-hours and weekend work is not included in managed plans: urgent work during weekday hours is billed at our weekday emergency rate of $250 an hour, and after-hours emergency work, including weekends, is $350 an hour.
Yes, though co-managed IT may suit you better. Your IT person keeps the work they know best, and we take the overflow, projects, or specialist work you choose.
