Overflow and Vacation Cover
We take password resets, new-user setups, and routine tickets when your team is buried or out.
Support for In-House IT Teams
Your IT staff knows the business, but the backlog keeps growing and some projects need skills you don't have in-house. As an IT company since 2007, we take the overflow, the specialist work, or both, on-site or remotely, and write down who owns what.
Plan Co-Managed SupportWe take password resets, new-user setups, and routine tickets when your team is buried or out.
Get help with security, backup, or networking from a team with decades of infrastructure experience.
Hand us a Microsoft 365 move or server replacement while your staff keeps daily support running.
Before work starts, we list each system and type of request and write down who owns it: your staff, our team, or a vendor. Your team decides what to keep, and the list changes when your priorities do.
Your staff may lack time for a migration, a security push, or a surge in requests. Bring us in for the peak instead of hiring for it. We are an ESET and Axcient vendor and an authorized Microsoft 365 reseller.
Clear Process
Your IT lead tells us what's going well, what's slipping, and what the team wants to keep.
We agree with you on who owns each system and request type, including admin access.
Before day one, both teams agree how tickets and notes move between them.
Both teams review the workload regularly, and the split changes as your needs do.
Useful Answers
No. Your team keeps its role, and you decide which systems and access we get. Each ticket has one owner, so the two teams never duplicate work.
Yes. It can be as narrow as help-desk overflow, backup monitoring, or a single security project with a quoted project price.
We quote ongoing support after reviewing your setup and the work you want to hand off. Projects get a quoted project price, and one-off work outside an agreement is billed at our published rates: $145 an hour on site or $120 an hour remotely.
Before service starts, we agree with your team on how tickets and documentation move between us, so both sides see the same status. Tell us which tools you use, and we will work out the details together.
We update who owns what, help capture what they knew, and can cover more of the work while you hire. If you decide not to replace them, you can move to managed IT.
Next Step
Tell us what keeps slipping. We'll suggest where outside help fits and what your team keeps.
