Measured, Not Profiled
Google Analytics counts page views and key actions such as calls and accepted requests. Advertising features stay off, and form contents are never sent to it.
Plain-Language Data Boundaries
The Mitec website uses Google Analytics to learn which pages and services help visitors, with Google’s advertising features turned off. It has no advertising pixels, session replay, or customer accounts. Service requests and assistant questions pass through a separate Cloudflare backend that validates the request and applies abuse controls before using the selected service.
Contact Mitec About PrivacyGoogle Analytics counts page views and key actions such as calls and accepted requests. Advertising features stay off, and form contents are never sent to it.
The form validates in the browser and on the server, then reports success only after the delivery service accepts the request.
Remote support, payment, webmail, maps, reviews, social media, and email operate under their own notices.
The form uses the name, organization, reply email or phone, customer type, request category, service or device, and message you choose to submit. The browser never chooses the recipient. The Cloudflare backend validates the fields and bot-verification token before sending an accepted request to Mitec’s fixed support destination.
Do not enter passwords, PINs, recovery keys, payment information, protected health information, government identifiers, confidential client records, or other sensitive data. Accepted email follows Mitec’s internal email and service-record policies, which operate outside the public website.
Cloudflare delivers the static site and may process standard network information needed to do so. Cloudflare also processes form requests, Turnstile verification, rate limits, and delivery. The application converts the trusted network address into a keyed digest for abuse controls and does not store the raw address in its own rate records.
The form coordinator retains bounded request IDs, delivery state, timestamps, and rate counters for no more than 24 hours; it does not store form bodies. Application logs are designed to omit messages, contact fields, security tokens, and raw network addresses. External links follow each destination’s own privacy practices.
The homepage shows 5-star Google reviews of Mitec. Mitec’s Cloudflare backend requests them from Google’s Business Profile API only when it has no copy from the past 24 hours, and it keeps each copy for no more than 24 hours, well within Google’s 30-day limit. Reviews appear word for word with each reviewer’s name as published on Google, and no reviewer photos are loaded. For these reviews your browser contacts only Mitec’s backend, never Google.
Mitec uses Google Analytics 4 on mitec.net to understand which pages, services, and contact options visitors use, so it can improve the site and its services. Google Analytics records pages viewed, how the visit arrived (such as a search or a link), approximate location, device and browser type, scrolling, outbound links, and whether you selected a call, email, directions, bill-payment, or remote-support link or sent a request through the form or Shae. It records only that an action happened and the request category you chose, never the contents of a form, a message, a phone number you typed, or a support session code.
Google processes this information for Mitec under Google’s terms. Google signals, ad personalization, and advertising data sharing are turned off, and event data is kept for 14 months. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_<ID> that expire after 13 months. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are measured without these cookies.
The site does not load Google Analytics if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. You can also block it with browser settings or with Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Blocking analytics does not change how the site works.
Mitec does not set advertising, session-replay, or marketing cookies. Google Analytics sets the first-party _ga and _ga_<ID> measurement cookies described above, and every page works without them. Shae keeps a bounded conversation and open state in session storage for the current tab for no more than 24 hours from its creation; that browser copy is not a cookie, does not follow you across sites, and Clear conversation removes both language copies.
Cloudflare Turnstile provides necessary bot protection for forms and Shae. When Turnstile runs, Cloudflare processes the client IP address, TLS fingerprint, user-agent header, site key, and associated origin, and may use necessary cookies or browser storage on Cloudflare’s challenge origin for that security function. Mitec has not enabled Turnstile pre-clearance, so the site does not ask Cloudflare to set a first-party cf_clearance cookie. The Google map does not load until you choose Load Google map; after activation, Google and other external tools follow their own privacy and storage practices.
Mitec does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and Google Analytics runs with its advertising features off, so the site does not present a consent banner. Global Privacy Control is honored automatically. Any new non-essential storage would first need an approved decision by Mitec and an updated notice.
The assistant sends your question, recent messages in the current browser tab, page path, and selected language through Mitec’s Cloudflare backend to the OpenAI Responses API. Mitec sets store to false and does not persist chat text in its application storage. A bounded visible conversation and open state remain in same-tab session storage for no more than 24 hours from their creation so they can survive refresh and same-language page navigation. Clear conversation removes both language copies but cannot remove information already processed by a service provider.
When the assistant prepares a service request, your name, organization, reply details, customer type, reviewed form fields, and selected photos go directly from the browser to Mitec’s form endpoint. Those structured contact fields and photos are not added to the AI conversation or sent to OpenAI. If the request details begin with a question you already asked, that original question was already part of the assistant conversation.
Mitec takes part in OpenAI’s data-sharing program, so the questions and answers sent through the assistant are shared with OpenAI, which may use them to improve its models. Do not enter passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive information. Under OpenAI’s standard controls, abuse-monitoring logs may include prompts and responses and may be retained for up to 30 days unless OpenAI must retain them longer by law. Mitec’s quota controls retain only opaque session identifiers, keyed network digests, request identifiers, counters, timestamps, and cost records—not raw network addresses or chat text.
Clear Process
Public pages do not require sign-in or profile creation. Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser to keep Google Analytics from loading.
You may use phone or direct email instead of the form and decide what context to provide.
Review the fields, omit sensitive information, and choose Submit request when ready.
Use Clear conversation to erase Shae’s same-tab copy, or use browser controls to clear site data. Blocking required security features can prevent forms or Shae from working.
Contact Mitec for questions about email or service records kept outside the website.
Useful Answers
Yes, Google Analytics 4, to learn which pages and contact options help visitors. It sets first-party _ga cookies for 13 months, records pages and key actions but never form contents, and runs with Google signals, ad personalization, and advertising data sharing off. It does not load when your browser sends Global Privacy Control. The site has no advertising pixels, session replay, or marketing cookies. Shae uses bounded same-tab session storage, not a cookie, and Turnstile provides necessary security with pre-clearance disabled.
Form fields are sent through the Cloudflare backend to Mitec’s support email. The durable coordinator stores only bounded request IDs, state, timestamps, and rate counters for up to 24 hours, not the form body. Email and service records then follow Mitec’s internal policies.
Mitec does not persist chat text in its application storage. Same-tab session storage holds a bounded visible conversation and open state for no more than 24 hours from their creation so they can survive refresh and same-language page navigation; Clear conversation removes both language copies. The assistant sends your question and recent in-tab context to OpenAI with response storage disabled; because Mitec takes part in OpenAI’s data-sharing program, OpenAI may use those questions and answers to improve its models. OpenAI’s standard abuse-monitoring logs may retain prompts and responses for up to 30 days unless approved data controls or a legal requirement change that period.
