Before You Bring or Ship It
Back up the phone and turn on its repair or maintenance mode if it has one. Remove the case and any accessories. Never type your passcode into the contact form; if a technician needs it to test the repair, they'll ask you in person. A water-damaged device needs a $95 diagnostic, paid up front and non-refundable whatever the result.

How Much Does a Screen or Battery Replacement Cost?
iPhone screens start at $100 and batteries at $100, and the price lists show the exact price for every listed model. If yours isn't listed, send the model and photos for a quote. You approve the price before we start.
Do I Need an Appointment, and How Long Does It Take?
No appointment is needed for most repairs; walk in weekdays 8am–6pm. Most phone repairs are done in under an hour. If yours needs an ordered part or more time, you get a time estimate with the price. You can also ship it to us or use local pickup for $95.
What Parts Do You Use, and Is There a Warranty?
OEM-quality parts, plus a 90-day warranty on the repair. Physical or water damage isn't covered, so a new crack or a later spill isn't included.
Will I Lose My Photos?
A normal screen or battery repair leaves your photos and apps where they are. Back up first anyway, because a damaged phone can stop working without warning.
Are You an Apple Authorized Service Provider?
No. Our team includes WISE-certified and Apple-certified technicians, but the shop is not an Apple Authorized Service Provider. WISE is the device-repair certification from CTIA Certification.
Do You Fix Samsung Phones?
Yes, and every other brand too. Our Samsung price list covers 74 Galaxy models for back glass, plus screens, batteries, and charging ports for recent Galaxy S models. Send the model if yours isn't listed.
