Setup happens at our bench. If you want it connected at your desk at home or in the office, a technician comes to you at $145 an hour.

New Computer Questions
Will My Files, Photos, and Email Move Over?
Yes. Files and photos stored on the old computer copy over, and email moves once you sign in to your accounts. Have your email passwords handy.
Will My Old Programs Work?
Most current programs reinstall without trouble. Older software may need its original license or installer, or may not run on the new system, and we'll check before you buy.
Can You Sell Me the Computer?
Yes, we broker new computer sales. We prefer Lenovo, but we'll get whatever PC or Mac fits how you use it and your budget, and you approve the price before we order.
What Happens to the Old Computer?
Once your files are moved, we can wipe the old drive at our bench as a paid service, with a cost estimate first. Then keep it as a spare or bring it to our free e-waste drop-off for recycling.
Can I Get Help After Setup?
Yes. Remote support is $120 an hour with a 30-minute minimum, so a quick question doesn't need a visit.
Is the Setup Under Warranty?
Yes. Setup, like our other computer services, carries a 30-day warranty. Physical or water damage isn't covered.
