Before You Drop Off a Batch
Our shop at 2110 E Thompson Blvd takes walk-ins for most repairs, weekdays 8am–6pm. For a large batch, call (805) 643-4375 first. We've been in business since 2007 and won Best IT Company in the 2025 VC Star Community Choice Awards.

Business Repair Questions
Do Your Published Prices Apply to Schools and Businesses?
Yes. Our published repair prices for phones, tablets, and game consoles apply to schools and businesses too. If you sign a contract covering multiple devices, that contract has its own pricing. Water-damage diagnostics cost $95 for any device, paid up front and non-refundable whatever the result. Other bench work, such as new PC setup, gets a time and cost estimate before we start.
How Long Does a Batch Take?
Most phone repairs take under an hour, and console repairs usually take 24–48 hours. Computer repairs take 24–72 hours depending on volume, usually with an update the next day. Expedited service bench repair ($189) moves a device ahead of the regular queue.
How Do We Protect Student or Company Data First?
Back up what matters and follow your school or company policy. If a drive has already failed, we handle basic data recovery in-house when it doesn't need a clean room. Never send passwords or passcodes through our contact form; if a repair needs access, the technician will explain why.
Do You Repair Mac and Windows Laptops Too?
Yes. We repair all brands of laptops and desktops, and our team includes Apple-certified technicians. Some models have parts limits, and we explain them in the estimate.
Is There a Warranty on Repairs?
Yes. We use OEM-quality parts, built to match the original manufacturer's quality. Device repairs carry a 90-day warranty that doesn't cover physical or water damage, and computer services carry a 30-day warranty.
